" "A third party netbook and an iBUILD PC were delivered on Monday, 4 working days after I ordered them. The netbook had been checked and setup with additional programs installed. I had it connected to my wireless network within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box. I unboxed the iBUILD PC this morning (Friday) and, again, it works perfectly. It's so good to use a company who check that equipment is ready to run.

This autumn I ordered an HDD enclosure, which did not work. It was replaced immediately at no extra cost and the replacement works fine.
